Indicative estimate basis
What the EICR estimate includes.
The online range starts with one normally accessible domestic consumer unit and up to ten circuits. It covers the agreed visual inspection and electrical testing, followed by an Electrical Installation Condition Report recording the observations and classification codes found.
Larger installations, a second consumer unit, tenant coordination, garages, outbuildings, garden electrics and priority appointments can add allowances. Commercial, communal, unusually large, inaccessible or specialist installations are held for Truvo to review.
The estimate covers inspection and reporting. Repairs or remedial work are not included and would only be discussed after the report.An EICR outcome cannot be predicted from photographs. Do not remove electrical covers or attempt tests yourself; provide only normally visible information.
